We specialize in unconventional materials such as authentic meteorite, dinosaur bone, and naturally shed antler. Each piece is handcrafted in our Minnesota studio, ensuring that your jewelry is a one-of-a-kind wearable piece of history.
How do I determine my correct ring size?
Because many of our rings cannot be resized due to their unique materials, we highly recommend ordering our custom ring sizing kit or visiting a local jeweler to be measured in 'comfort fit' sizing before placing your order.
How long will it take to receive my custom order?
Our current lead time for handcrafted custom pieces is typically 4 to 8 weeks. We also offer a 'Signature Styles' collection that features pre-made items ready to ship within 1 to 3 business days for those on a tighter schedule.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes, we provide a limited lifetime warranty that covers manufacturing defects. Additionally, we offer a protection plan that covers cleaning, polishing, and minor repairs to keep your unique materials looking their best over time.
Can I provide my own materials for a custom design?
Absolutely. We love creating personal 'Story Rings.' You can send us your own gold, gemstones, or even unique inlay materials like wood from your property or sand from a special beach to be incorporated into your design.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Custom-made rings are eligible for a partial refund or size exchange with a restocking fee, as they are made to order. Ready-to-ship items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition.
